Y.A.R.P.P – Yet Another Related Post Plugin
Y.A.R.P.P – Yet Another Related Post Plugin as it is also known, is an ideal related posts plugin to use with your WordPress Blog & keep your readers interested.
After all, getting traffic is hard enough at the best of times, so when we do get it, we need to do everything we possibly can in order to keep the visitors on your pages for as long as possible! And while I accept that chains, rope or even super glue might be options that some of you would consider, I think links to related articles is definitely the best way to go 
Example
As an example I searched for an article on “editing borders”and the related articles I was given by Y.A.R.P.P are displayed in the image to the left, I think there is little doubt that what Y.A.R.P.P had dug up on this occasion, were very relevant indeed.
This is where Y.A.R.P.P excels, this plugin will display a list of related articles, not only at the bottom of your articles, but also in your RSS Feeds. This is ideal for holding your readers on your site & also for giving a little publicity to articles that may be past their sell by date & and have been buried deep in your blog and forgotten about.
Don’t get me wrong here, Y.A.R.P.P doesn’t just pull up any old rubbish, it will search your entire blog based on the criteria you select when installing the plugin, related articles are then displayed with a percentage value alongside, the higher this value then the more likely hood there is of a good match!

As can be seen in the setup screen above, the choices you make here will determine how accurately Y.A.R.P.P returns a list of related posts to your readers. I would suggest that as a starting point you try the settings shown in the image, fine tuning can then be done at a later date if necessary.
I currently have Y.A.R.P.P v 3.1.8 installed & it is fully compatible with WP 2.9.2 plus the 19 WP plugins listed in WP WordPress Blog Plugins you may also download the plugin from that page.
