Customer service & tech support are second to none. In fact having discussed with John Osena (the owner & systems administrator) about getting zlib (a type of compression) enabled on my hosting account, we ran into a couple of minor problems!
Nevertheless over the next few days both John & I read up on the subject of compression & exchanged several emails, before we eventually succeeded in getting zlib activated & working on my site. Oh & don’t think that come 5:0pm everything stops until the next day hahaha far from it my friends, I have often received emails from John as late as 01:30am which only goes to show their dedication to their customers.

Well I have to say this is one company where you pay exactly what is advertised, no gimicks, no hidden charges, just good old fashioned value for money. Because I have several websites / blogs, I opted for their starter reseller package, this costs a mere php500 ($11) / month, which equates to around $2 / month for each of my sites, bargain or what..? The hosting fees can be paid monthly through Paypal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit at a Bank.
What You Get For Your Money
For my $11 / month, I get 10 gb storage & a whopping 200 gb monthly bandwidth, host as many domains as I like on my 10gb storage & best of all I now have zlib compression fully activated & working on what is basically a shared hosting acount.
