Watch 3D Movies At Home

A lot of hype is ongoing with the trend of watching 3D movies like the recent Avatar Movie in cinemas.   Watching with the special spectacles make the whole movie come alive right before your very eyes.  If you are thinking of getting one Full HD TV now, you might as well hold your horses till the last quarter of 2010.  This is because, LG group from korea has already created the 3D television sets for home use. Now you can enjoy 3D movies at home on your own television sets. 

Viewers will need to buy a pair of 3D glasses in order to be able to view the show in 3D.  There fore, a family will need to buy a few pairs.  Unless they intent to share around.  Such glasses are not too expensive, they cost around $50 US dollars a pair.  In review of such trends coming up, HDTV prices will drop tremendously.  The first model of 3D TV by LG is already unveiled during the CES show which is called the LE9500 series.

Intense competition is picking up amongst television manufacturers to beef up on the technology.  TV sets in future will come with some basic networking features such as skype.  With wireless internet getting more common these days, such TVs will become replacement chat machines for the non tech elderly.  These devices allow hook up of optional camera so that they can allow the other party to see themselves.

This LG TV even has a special remote control that mimics Nintendo Wii.  Simply hold the remote control and wave your hand in proper gestures to perform commands like switching of channels or raising the volume.

With such high end TV sets coming right up, who needs to spend money to watch 3D movies.  You can just enjoy 3D home entertainment in the comfort of your home.
