is someone else have this problem that i can only use few themes on my wordpress blog 2.9.
often when i activate a theme, my page goes white, then i hav to delet theme from ftp.

I’m running version 2.9.2 myself & have never experienced the problem you mention.
However I have heard of the “white screen” issue, but usually related to cache plugins like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache, so I wonder do you use either of these plugins…?
