However even though the industry standard is an amazing 2 seconds load time, I think most reasonable people accept 10 to 15 seconds as a normal loading time. I'll have to dig in and figure out what's doing it on my site. I too have a couple WP plugins that could be the culprit. Anyway, congrats on the improvement. I'd be interested to hear if it improves your bounce rate as well because I imagine that's a main reason for people leaving the site immediately.
