I&#039;m afraid bounce rate is really a seperate issue, although yes it is possible that people would leave because of an extended load time. However even though the industry standard is an amazing 2 seconds load time, I think most reasonable people accept 10 to 15 seconds as a normal loading time.
I think a sites bounce rate is more likely affected by using traffic exchange / generators &amp; poor content ! The later being far more difficult to deal with unfortunately.</description>

		<description>I just tested my site and it looks like I&#039;ve got some improvements to make.  I&#039;ll have to dig in and figure out what&#039;s doing it on my site.  I too have a couple WP plugins that could be the culprit.

Anyway, congrats on the improvement.  I&#039;d be interested to hear if it improves your bounce rate as well because I imagine that&#039;s a main reason for people leaving the site immediately.</description>
