Outsourcing – A Sharing Of The Work Load

Outsourcing is simply a sharing of the work load & very often it is possible to find people willing to do the work that you actually dread having to do.

Until recently I would never have considered outsourcing anything to do with any of my websites, I suppose subconsciously I didn’t trust someone else to do what needed to be done on my sites & it was a sort of arrogance that I believed I was the only one that would do the job correctly!

Well if nothing else I will always hold up my hands when I am proved wrong & on the subject of outsourcing, my initial beliefs were way off the mark! I had decided to put a little more effort into one of my sites, “Philippines Virtual Guide” and although I’m semi retired & living a relatively easy life in the Philippines, I found I just did not have the time to research various articles needed for this site & to also manage backlinking & social bookmarking etc.

A Great Source Of Willing Helpers

This was quickly remedied when a good friend of mine pointed me in the direction of Fiverr.com ! No this is not where I found content writers hahaha but it was my initial introduction to outsourcing little bits of work that I needed doing, yet did not have the time or inclination to do them myself!

Outsourcing – A Sharing Of The Work Load

All manner of little tasks can be sorted by the people selling their services on Fiverr.com

Get Your Own Sub Contractors For $5.00

Fiverr.com in case you are unaware, is a website dedicated to bringing together people that are willing to take on small tasks for $5.00 & those, like myself that would rather part with $5.00 than suffer the headaches of submitting my links to social networks, creating backlinks or any number of otherwise mundane tasks!  Backlinks, Social Bookmarking & Account creation are just a few of the tasks I have had done successfully on Fiverr.com. One word of warning though, if you intend using Fiverr, please read the advert thoroughly & if in any doubt then ask questions of the seller in order to clarify any points you are unsure of.

A Good Introduction To Outsourcing

Whilst Fiverr.com may not provide you with a regular quality content writer for your blog, it is literally teaming with people ready & willing to create multiple account on social network sites, submit your article to vast numbers of article directories, create backlinks by submitting to social bookmarking sites & just about any other method of blog promotion you can dream up. This I feel, makes Fiverr.com, a very good introduction to outsourcing & without breaking the bank Outsourcing – A Sharing Of The Work Load

  1. I think the loss of jobs is more likely due to a lack of competetiveness more than it is through out sourcing. Ultimately if any business wishes to prosper then surely they must seek the best value for their buck !

  2. I like your view on outsourcing as sharing the work load, as many people blame it for the loss of jobs by the millions in the US. Five dollars an hour is fair enough, especially when there are remote workers in India, Pakistan and the likes who will do it for 50 cents. I think, in the end, you always get what you pay for — and it’s wise to pay just what you believe is fair for the contractor’s skills.
