Keywords Phrases Structure & Layout
Keywords & phrases are indeed an important aspect of on page SEO , but SEO page structure & layout can play it’s part also. A little thought and care can mean the difference between a well ranked page or one that will probably never see the light of day. Therefore this article is about SEO page optimization for your keywords & phrases also optimal SEO page structure & layout.

(use more tag here if needed)

Keywords & Phrases:
Your keywords & phrases need to go in the first paragraph next to the image, usually about 55 words. (very important) Think of your 1st paragraph as a summary or description of what your article is about. As when the main page is viewed you only get extracts / excerpts of your posts and therefore most of the page is hidden from sight. Running any optimization program usually only actually picks up what can be seen on the screen!

Use of Quotes
Use quotes to draw attention to important points . After your H3 heading above, it is preferable to use bold text or additional H3 tags, further down the page, but not H2 tags, unless there is a change of subject, in which case another H2 tag may be acceptable. My own preference is to leave H2 as the main title of the page & use H3 as the full sentence title. The rest of the post headings then done in bold text.
I find that the best layout for the heading tags is as follows;
H1 = Blog or website title. (does not normally change)
H2= Post or page title. (usually set as H2 tag automatically by WordPress)
H3 = Headings through out the post or page. (You can be penalised for excessive H2 tags)
H4 = Headings & Titles in sidebars & footers.
This is the layout I use to very good effect, however I do realise that you may well have your own preference. But we will see what sort of ranking this page gets after a week or two & hopefully that will prove my point.

General Layout:
1. Always run the spell checker to check your spelling.
2. Use indent to draw attention to important points, keywords & phrases.
3. Always justify the text of each paragraph, this creates a much neater & professional look to your page.
4. If you wish to use colour also to highlight a particular point then try to stick with BLUE or RED
5. If using larger images or videos, try to place aligned center leaving space above & below.

The Test:
Ok now what I am going to try to do is submit this page in two formats, this is obviously what I consider a reasonable layout with regard to on page SEO & at the same time is aesthetically pleasing on the eye. The other post which is going to have the same text but with “keyword & phrases” swapped with “structure & layout” in order to try and prevent any duplication penalties. The second page is not going to be structured or optimized as this first post has been & therefore we should be able to see a difference in the ranking of each page.

Last Paragraph:

Your final paragraph should also include your main keywords & phrases wherever possible. But having said that, the most important is that you write for human readers & not search engine bots! A little thought & care with regard your page structure & layout can give your page a great chance of ranking well with the search engines, (bearing in mind the competativeness of your keywords). Also a neat layout is much easier for your readers to read & navigate. Hahaha lets hope this works eh..?
